Koci Renovations is the vision of experienced civil engineer Martin Koci, originally from the Czech Republic. Throughout his career, he has worked on home remodels and construction projects of all sizes and complexities, including multi-story high rises, single-family homes and everything in between. After immigrating to Canada in 2016, he started working for a restoration company.
Martin's passion for renovating homes and improving people's lives through his work continued to grow, which led to Martin's decision to start Koci Renovations. In the short time since its inception, Koci Renovations has become a trusted name in the Vancouver area for quality home renovations. Martin’s attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned him a loyal clientele.

We will wait to schedule the installation with the client until all the materials arrive. Once a date is set for work, our team will finish the renovations within ten working days.
