Renovation Projects
This project transformed a strata unit in Vancouver, opening up the structural wall between the kitchen and living room to create a bright, open concept space. The popcorn ceiling was fully removed, followed by fresh paint and recessed LED pot lights throughout for a clean, modern finish. Full strata approval and building, plumbing, and electrical permits were obtained before any work began.

This project was a complete bathroom transformation, one of three bathrooms renovated back-to-back in the same home. A pocket door was installed to maximize space, paired with a curbless shower and custom glass enclosure. Additional features include a wall-mounted toilet and a freestanding bathtub with a tub filler.

The existing pony wall above the original countertop was lowered to accommodate a new, wider countertop. New cabinets, countertops, and a glass tile backsplash were designed and built to complete the space.

The fireplace insert was replaced with a high-efficiency unit and finished with a microcement surround, colour-matched to the existing furniture. Strata approval and city permit obtained.

We added a fireplace insert and surround replacement featuring a combination of microcement and tile veneer. This project also included a shiplap accent wall, a custom-built bench, and a cabinet with floating shelves. A proper city permit was obtained for this project.

This was a full bathroom renovation, including strata approval with building and plumbing permits. The existing shower was too small and never used, so it was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower and a custom-built storage cabinet. As all surrounding walls are fire-rated and cannot be modified without failing building inspection, the niche was incorporated directly into the cabinet. Marble penny tile was used on the floor and inside the niche.

Our first project was completed directly for strata, as part of a guest suite renovation. We obtained strata approval along with building and plumbing permits. The bathroom features a low-profile shower base with a designer drain cover, a frameless shower door, and a full-skirt one-piece toilet.
